Welcome to homeCafe. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the homeCafe mobile application ("App") provided by Roumount Pte. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By using homeCafe, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

homeCafe is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. Sellers can set up stalls to sell food and homemade products, while buyers can place orders for pickup.

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

All content generated within the App belongs to homeCafe. Users grant us a license to use, reproduce, and distribute any content they submit to the App.

We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes geographic coordinates, names, and email addresses. Users have the right to access, edit, and request deletion of their data.

All payments between buyers and sellers are made in cash. homeCafe is not responsible for any payment disputes between users.

While there are no strict age restrictions, the App is generally intended for use by adults. Users under 18 should obtain parental consent before using the App.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Users are also responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
