These Seller Terms of Use ("Seller Terms") govern your use of the homeCafe platform as a seller. By setting up a stall and selling items on homeCafe, you agree to comply with these Seller Terms.

1. Prohibited Items and Services

As a seller on homeCafe, you are strictly prohibited from listing, offering, or selling:

• Illegal substances, drugs, or narcotics
• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials
• Sexual services or related content
• Alcohol, tobacco, or e-cigarettes
• Prescription medications or controlled substances
• Endangered species products or animal parts
• Human remains or body parts
• Personal information or data
• Recalled products
• Any items or services that violate local, state, or federal laws

2. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller, you agree to:

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

• Monitor listings and remove any that violate these Seller Terms
• Suspend or terminate seller accounts for violations
• Cooperate with law enforcement in cases of illegal activity
• Modify these Seller Terms at any time with notice to sellers

5. Liability and Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold homeCafe harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of the platform or violations of these Seller Terms.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between sellers and buyers should be resolved directly between the parties. homeCafe may, at its discretion, mediate disputes but is not responsible for resolving them.

7. Termination

homeCafe reserves the right to terminate your seller account at any time for violations of these Seller Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Acknowledgment

By setting up a stall on homeCafe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Seller Terms.
