This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding agreement between you ("End User" or "You") and Roumount Pte. Ltd. ("Company") for the homeCafe mobile application ("Application"). By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
All content generated by users within the Application belongs to homeCafe. By submitting content, you grant Company a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it in any existing or future media.
The Application collects and uses personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes geographic coordinates for browsing stalls and placing orders, and personal information such as name and email for registration and profile purposes. Users have the right to access, edit, and request deletion of their data.
While there are no strict age restrictions, the Application is generally intended for use by adults. Users under the age of 18 should seek parental consent before using the Application.
User data may be used for marketing purposes primarily for homeCafe under common media platforms or traditional media. Users can request to opt-in by emailing homecafe_support@roumount.com.
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Company. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall Company be liable for personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Application.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Company reserves the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
